Chakras, as we say, are energy centers that align along the spine and are linked to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
There are seven main chakras, each with a specific name, location, and function.

Chakra 1 - Root
Location: Base of the spine (in the perineal area)
Associated Color: Red
Element: Earth

Meaning:
The root chakra is associated with security, stability, and basic needs. It represents our connection to the Earth and the feeling of being firmly grounded and secure.

When Activated:
You feel safe, stable, and in control. Your basic needs—food, shelter, and emotional stability—are met, and you feel a strong connection to the present and to the Earth.
When Deactivated or Blocked:
You may feel insecurity, fear, and anxiety. There is a tendency to worry about survival, which can manifest in a lack of financial stability or issues related to basic survival, such as health or housing problems.

Problems in the legs, feet, spine, or immune system

Meaning:
This chakra is related to creativity, emotions, and sexuality. It is the center of passion, pleasure, and enjoyment of life. It also regulates emotions and interpersonal relationships.
When Activated
You feel creative, passionate, and in tune with your emotions. You experience pleasure in life and enjoy balanced and healthy relationships.

When Deactivated or Blocked:
You may experience creative blocks, emotional problems, lack of desire, or apathy. Problems with sexuality, relationships, and emotional intimacy may also arise.
Physical Symptoms of Blockage:
Problems with the reproductive organs, lower back pain, or hormonal imbalances.

This chakra governs self-esteem, willpower, and personal power. It is the center of our identity and confidence. The solar plexus regulates determination and the ability to make confident decisions.

When Activated
You feel self-confident, have good self-esteem, and can make decisions clearly. You are able to express your personal power and set boundaries in a healthy way.

When Deactivated or Blocked:
You may experience a lack of confidence, constant doubts, fear of making decisions, or excessive control over others. The person may feel powerless or overly authoritarian.

Digestive problems, stomach ulcers, or imbalances in the metabolic system.

The Heart Chakra is associated with love, compassion, and relationships. It is the center of emotional and spiritual balance and regulates our ability to give and receive love, both to ourselves and to others.
When Activated
You feel a deep and sincere love, not only toward others, but also toward yourself. You are compassionate and forgiving, and you maintain healthy and balanced relationships.
When Deactivated or Blocked:
You may feel emotionally closed off, unable to love or forgive. The blockage can generate feelings of isolation, jealousy, or bitterness.

This chakra is related to communication, personal expression, and truth. It is the center of our ability to speak clearly, tell the truth, and listen attentively to others.


Chakra 6 Third Eye
Location: In the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows.
Associated Color: Indian.
Element: Light.

Meaning:
The Third Eye is associated with intuition, wisdom, and perception. It is the center of our inner vision, imagination, and perception beyond the physical world.
When Activated
You communicate clearly and effectively, expressing your ideas, opinions, and emotions with ease and without fear of judgment. You are also a good listener, able to empathize and understand others.
When Deactivated or Blocked:
You may experience difficulty expressing yourself or feel afraid of speaking. You may become very reserved or, conversely, excessively talkative and aggressive in communication. A blockage with this chakra can also lead you to lie or avoid the truth.

Sore throat, thyroid problems, neck pain, or stiff shoulders.

You experience a deep spiritual connection, clarity, and wisdom. You feel in harmony with the universe and at peace with yourself. You can experience states of enlightenment and deep understanding.

You may feel spiritually disconnected, lacking purpose, or trapped in material concerns. You may also experience a feeling of existential emptiness or depression.
